About Saddlebrook West Cobb
Saddlebrook is a residential community located in West Cobb County, Georgia. Our neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere, beautiful green spaces, and active community life.
The Saddlebrook HOA was established to maintain and enhance our shared amenities, uphold community standards, and foster a sense of belonging among all residents.

Our Mission
What We Do
The HOA board works on behalf of all homeowners to:
- Maintain community amenities (pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, playground, pavilion)
- Enforce community covenants and standards
- Manage the HOA budget and reserve funds
- Coordinate neighborhood events and programs
- Communicate important information to all residents

Reviews architectural change requests and enforces community standards.

Oversees community pool operations.

Chauncey Backus
Oversees tennis court scheduling and the community tennis program.

Board Meetings
The Saddlebrook HOA board meets regularly throughout the year. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Meeting dates and locations are posted in the community and published in our newsletter.
The annual meeting of homeowners is held each [month], at which board elections take place and the annual budget is reviewed.
